In the grounding system, the ground (earth) rods are used to provide physical connection with the instruments and to dissipate current directly into the ground (earth). Kopell’s ground rods have copper exteriors molecularly bonded to steel cores and meets and exceeds UL 467 requirements. We also have REA/RUS certifications for some sizes where the minimum copper coating required is 13 mils. Kopell manufactures the entire range of copper bonded ground (earth) rods from 5 mils to 13 mils and can provide private labelling/UL multiple listing as per buyer’s requirements.
